I paid extra for next day delivery. Apparently the driver failed to deliver despite me sitting at home facing my front door where I cannot fail to see deliveries. He must not have knocked on my door. These items were required today. I am an exceedingly disappointed and cross customer.

The trampoline was very good easy to put together and all the parts were there.The only issue I have is the recommended steps I purchased with it were not compatible with the trampoline

The item was returned as no delivered, but they never came to my home.

I paid online for collect in store item by PayPal and got a pay pal receipt. I didn’t get a confirmation of order or receipt from decathlon. I heard nothing. After 5 days I contacted customers services. They were v helpful and said that the item had been waiting for me to collect for days. They were v helpful in store and apologised and I’m happy with my item. But something seriously went wrong in the payment process

Very well made & comfortable ideal for walking’?

I ordered a pair of walking shoes online. The process was quick and easy as I knew what I wanted. As the size I wanted was in-stock, I was able to place my order there and then. Payment again was easy and secure using Paypal.The shoes arrived earlier than the given date which was a bonus and I used them that day.I am on my 3rd pair of Columbia Walking shoes in about 15 years and they remain my favourites where ever I go.

Good delivery and well packagedA bit slow in dispatching the items but once the order has been processed the delivery is not too bad.Be prepared to wait sometimes for 4 or 5 weeks for the processing to start taking place. Could be a better service if the processing of the order was faster.The items when they did finally arrive were good quality and exceeded my expectstions

Great service for click and collect, glad there was that option as found there delivery price expensive compare to other company’s.
